Hair grows in cycles, and real change takes time. That is why every rebloom. order, and especially The Triple-Path Ritual, is backed by our 90-Day Rebloom or Refund Guarantee.

Give the Ritual an honest try for a full 90 days. If you do not see and feel a difference in your hair, contact us within 90 days of your delivery date and we will refund your purchase. You do not need to send back opened or empty bottles to qualify. We only ask that you have genuinely given the routine time to work, because the three paths of the Ritual are designed to work together over a full hair cycle.

To request a refund under this guarantee, reach out through our contact page with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval.

30-Day Returns for Unopened Products

If you simply changed your mind, we accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund you in full.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
